Error on loading

When I open a new or saved map in CC3+, I receive the following message "error 000000005 loading xp module MenuHelper.dll".
After I click the "OK" button, the map loads, but when I select the "Line" tool, I receive an error message.
All other tools seem to be working.

Any ideas?

Sounds like there is either a mismatch between your file versions, or the MenuHelper.dll file is corrupted. Try to reinstall the latest update, that will probably fix it. If not, you should contact technical support/a>.
