clockwise arrrows on an arc

Illustrated is a pair of arrows made with the "Arc with Arrow" command. I see that it only draws an arrow anti-clockwise. Without resorting to mirror, or other tricks, can it draw a clockwise arrow?

If not, would it be possible to do the following: If the cursor drags the arc between the first point and the start of the arc, it goes, say anti-clockwise; but if you start with your first point, then select the start of the arc, and drag the cursor outside of the arc, it will draw it in the opposite direction, clockwise. This would be helpful for many situations, not only the arrow problem.

I know it would be a lot of work to code this, but it's just an idea.

There is an easy to to do an anti-clockwise arrow. Use Numeric Edit on the arc, disable the "Start arrow" and enable "End Arrow".
