Mythic Maps Mystery (CA154, 2019 October)

I'm getting an oddity when trying to view the CC3+ versions of the two new sample maps for this Cartographer's Annual issue. Instead of showing up as the normal Latin-character typeface as the graphic-only examples have, the map titles and regional names are showing up as what I think are Mayan glyphs instead. The place-name and other labels seem to be fine, just not the main map and regional area ones.
I've tried downloading the issue again and doing the usual repair install (and yes, I'm up to version 22 / 3.91 with the recent CC3+ update), but it's made no difference. Fault in the download file maybe?
EDIT: Hadn't noticed before, but now I see the glyphs are also showing in the CA154 symbol set for the Map Title, Copyright and Scalebar options in the CC3+ symbols panel.

The font used in that map is 'Mayan', which is a fairly generic name. Perhaps you already had another font by that name installed?
I imagine there's not much I can do about this, barring uninstalling the actual Mayan glyphs font to allow this new "Mayan" to replace it - which I'll not be doing, given I've used the Mayan glyphs in documents before, and wouldn't want to lose them!
I also download a lot of free fonts, but fortunately I've not had a conflict like this... yet.
Maybe there should be a way of registering the name of a font so that it doesn't get used twice?
