FT3 and importing map sections.

Hi, I had a map but lost it when my computer crashed. I had pulled several sections into CC and worked on them however I didn't put the entire map .. my bad. I did a new FT3 map that will work and it actually has an area of ocean that is more than big enough to put my sections of map on, however I don't know how i would do it so it was uiform and didn't look like cut and paste. Any help would be appreciated.

That's bad news when you lose something that way.

Always save your files before you get too far, but I'm sure you've already worked that out for yourself anyway.

I'm not clear on what the problem is exactly. Would you care to show us a screen shot of what you mean?

I do multiple saves like this:

start a map and save as filename01_001, do some work, save as filename01_002, etc. I also back up to external USB hard drives, thumb drives, and will start back again using CDRs to.

So even if my computer crashes, I still have my maps.
