city designer wont load

i have just purchased CC3+ CD3+ and DD3+ though CC3+ installed and runs fine as does DD3+ when i try to install City Designer 3+ it goes through full install or so it seemd then i get the message that it cant find CC3+ and i should install that first.. I know its already installed and running why cant i get CD3+ to recognize its already installed . I had no problem with Dungeon designer 3+ it loaded up and ran just fine.

Are you installing everything in the default locations?

Did you grab the right installer? There are two installers available for CD3, one for use with CC3+, and one for use with CC3.
You may also want to try to install the latest update before installing CD3, installing the update often fixes various weird problems.

If none of that helps, I recommend you contact tech support.

thank you for your suggestions, still dont know what the problem was but after i loaded the newest update it finally installed just fine. Now everything is working and looking forward to making some maps.
