How do you make a button to hide/show a sheet?

Please can someone tell me which page in the Tome I can find this on?
I'm currently tracing lots of rivers from an FT3 bitmap export into a CC3 world map, and I'm getting a bit weary of constantly opening the sheets and effects dialog to switch the thing I'm tracing on and off so I can see the map clearly to check where I've been and haven't been.
It would be really great if I could have a button that just toggled that particular sheet on and off.
