CA3 left arm options

I've been going through each product one by one and testing them out. I'm on CA3 right now and there is an issue I have with the left arm. The only arm option I can find is the one with the fist closed. On ProFantasy's website there is a woman with an open left hand. Where can I find this arm option?

Only female characters have that "arm hanging down, hand open" arm, male characters have a closed fist. But if you are using a female character, you should find it by clicking the Left Arms Position 1 button.

Ah that's disappointing. Making a male character with a balled up left fist doesn't look right without anything in it. Thank you for the help. :)
