How do you go about getting a refund?
Who do I email
Purchased Annual 2009 and it cuased all kinds of unexceptable issues with CC3+
Sadly I must say I must ask for my first refund..

We'd also be happy to sort the Annual installation out. I'm sure we can get it to behave properly!

Can not get the ship plans to load, can't not find any included plans
searched my computer for the fsc file can't find it.

Your installation is in the wrong place according to the pic you posted on facebook, @jpstodwftexas. You have installed the program in Program Files instead of Program Data. Check out the installation instructions - that should help. OR contact tech support. This is an easy fix if you just contact the right people......Relax.....it'll all work out and you'll be enjoying the program in no time.

Not quite... the screenshot ist just looking at the Program Files part of the installation, where the dlls and exe files are stored. All the other stuff (including the Annual files) is on ProgramData\Profantasy\CC3Plus\ and I've directed him there (we are in email contact). As the Annual Vol 3 is listed under Info > Add-ons for him, it looks like it is properly installed.
