My first CD3 map

This is the first real map I made with CD3.

Somehow the saved (PNG) results look rather grainy.
Guess I have to work on my "save as" skills.

Anyway, let me know what you think.

Quite a nice city. I like how the fortifications are designed to strengthen the city's natural defense - the water.
The grainyness is probably caused by CC3's high resolution bitmaps, as they are designed to be that way. See this topic for a discussion and workaround.


Note that there is a bug in the png export in CC3 which causes the image not to be viewable in all browsers. To ensure all browsers can see the image you export from CC3, you should either export it as BMP and then use image editing software to convert it to png, or simply export it as png, load the image into any image editing software, and simply hit save. This will resave the image in the proper format, ready for uploading to the net.

Most probably. I can't see it in Firefox either.

I did as Monsen suggested.
Here is a new version of the picture.
Lets hope this one is vissible to more people.

One tip regarding the forum though. You can edit your own posts, to remove a malfunctioning attachment and add a new one.
