Character Artist Glitch??

So here I am making a character in character artist ... I have decided on an elf male, I have the torso, head, ears nose and eyebrows.

I go to put in the eyes and it sets them to the groin area, I can't move them up or down, but left and right work fine.

I don't want my character looking out his a--, anyone run into this before, or know a fix?

Looks like that particular symbol is misaligned. You can turn off 'Snap' to place them freely, you probably want to zoom in to the head in that case though. Or you can use another eye symbol.

Is this the same problem I'm having with getting the weapons onto the character? The don't snap to the right place, and usually end up in the middle of the character. It's driving me mad!

I don't know if it's the same problem, but to turn off the snap grid you just hit the button called SNAP at the bottom right of the screen.

Which catalog are you experiencing this issue on? It shouldn't be a general problem, but there might be a mis-configured catalog out there.

I do assume you got the weapons you are trying from the same catalog as the arms? They are designed to fit together, weapons for a different arm/race type won't fit for example.
