FT3 Export climate without altitude?

I work on my maps extensively in Photoshop after exporting them from FT3, but I’ve run into some problems lately. When exporting the climate map (as an image) I can’t seem to get rid of the altitude shading. This makes selecting the various climate zones in Photoshop very tedious.

Is there a way to export the climate colours only, without the altitude shading?

Use Map>>Lighting and Color to bring up the Lighting and Color property page. Select the Intensity tab. Move the Shadows slider to "None".
