Problem with DD3 install

I've now installed CC3, CD3, and DD3. I can see CD3 on the file toolbar, but not DD3.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No effect.

Have you tried installing the latest patch (Currently patch 7, available from your Registration Page)

Also, are you installing on Vista? In that case, it might help to install everything as administrator by right-clicking on the installers and use the "Run as Administrator" command (If you try this and haven't before, you may need to reinstall all the products this way, and not just DD3)

It is Vista. From the tech help, as long as CC3 got installed first, the rest can be in any order, so that's done. Uninstalled everything and re-installed CC3 and DD3--no change.
