CC3+ Update 10 adds support for Annual 6 and 5. Is 5 ready or stil being tested?

I just installed the update and saw this in the readme.txt.

Update 10 contains some code tweaks that annual volume 5 will need, but the annual has not yet been released for CC3+. Volume 6 was just released.

How do we know that Volume 6 has just been released and how will we know when volume 5 is released? I can't find anything on the store or forums on these questions

Ralf announced the update to the 2012 Annual (Vol. 6) on the forum but it was not in it's own topic, unfortunately. Normally, he posts a topic to announce the update, like he did for the 2013 Annual (Vol 7.).
