Problems with new CA issue

When trying to install the latest issue of CA, I received the following error:

Cannot open C:\Program Files\ProFantasy\CC3\regadd.bat

and then:

Some files couldn't get extracted.

Nothing is installed, and there is no regadd.bat file that I can find. Any ideas? I'm running Windows Vista (32-bit) if that helps...

Make sure to run the downloaded exe file with the "Run as administrator" option, otherwise Vista declines to extract/run certain files.
