Where are Annual 2016 pdfs installed?

For the life of me, I cannot find where the pdf tutorials are for my 2016 Annual issues. Where did they install when the whole program was installed for cc3+? I can easily find all the issues for 2015 and previous annuals in my CC3 directory.

They're in the CC3+ data directory, not installation directory (C:\programdata\ProFantasy\CC3Plus\Annual by default).

Because CC3 kept running into UAC issues because it was writing to it's installation folder, something that is generally a no-no on modern windows (CC3 predates the introduction of UAC (barely)).
So, CC3+ was made to properly separate editable user data and content from the program itself, just as Windows like it. Basically, everything you as a user needs to access is now in the CC3+ data directory, there should be no reason to ever go to CC3+'s installation directory at all.
