Problems installing CC3 Update 11

Hello,
frst sorry for my bad english, because i'am german
i can not install the Update 11 for campaign carthographer 3 (basic version). This message appears: "cc3 update was unable to install the new files. The error code is: -11". Don't find any problem solvings. Use a Windows 10 System. Would be grateful for a council

I don't know about the error code, but try/check the following
- Do you have enough free space?
- Have you tried right-clicking on the update installer and selected 'Run as Administrator?'


If this doesn't help, I recommend you contact ProFantasy support. Ralf is from Germany, so he could probably help you out in German too if that helps.

Yes, Memory is enough available and i also tried to install as admin. i will ask ralf
