Happy Festive season everyone. Very hot here in Southern Australia - over 40 C in Melbourne and over 30 C here on Flinders Island in the Bass Strait where I live. Perhaps I should do a CC3+ map of Flinders Island one day.

Hot and rainy out in my area Jim, down in New Orleans. It isn't raining right now, but it was earlier and looks like it will again.

The only bah humbug things that happened so far is my friend who I got invited to to eat at today with his family, Had his hot water heater burst late Friday, so canceled out cooking dinner so I'm having to go find a good buffet restraint today to eat at.

Someone I know on a hiking forum posted a photo of his backyard with a small path out into the backyard. He had 4 feet of snow, and a 3 foot tall dog.

Well, all I could see in the photo was the dog's eyes and ears. Maybe it was a terrier. Of course, he could have been suffering from the cold, he wound up digging the path without anything on his feet.
