disappearing doors

I am using the basic default wall 1" in dd3, everytime I place a door, it cuts the wall like it should, but when I redraw or move away from the area the door disappears. The wall is still broke, but no door. How do I fix this problem?

Check your sheet order to make sure the "Symbols Wall" sheet is not below something that can cover it up.
