'Not Responding' error

CC3 not responding.

Just downloaded the newest Jan '09 annual and attempted to open. Once opened as soon as you go to save or open another map it goes into it's 'not responding'. Is anyone else seeing this?

Right after posting this I tried again......now it appears to be fine. Guess it was just a glitch. (no rebooting- just tried for the 4th time and it began to function just fine)
