Want to install stuff but messed it up last time, questions this time
Hello, so I tried to install CC3 and DD3 and their + counterparts last time but it seemed my + installed went bad. Then tried to uninstall and try again but the uninstall froze and such. Long story short, result was me resetting PC and starting everything from scratch. So here are my questions:
1) last time I tried to install the + versions first on my D drive (not my C SSD, would like to keep it fairly clean this time around). So not sure if this is my issue, as when I installed DD3+ after CC3+ was installed, it didn't ask me where to install and such. My installation last time of the CC3, DD3 and SS4 went fine, no problems, but I let the program decide where to install everything by default (mostly on my C drive ).
2) These are the things I have to install/download according to my "Downloads/Updates" section of my account on ProFantasy". I'd really like if nothing could be installed/stored on my C drive, everything being on my D drive if possible. Is there a certain order to do this or something so hopefully I don't mess things up this time? Last time my DD3+ didn't seem be recognized by CC3+ (no button in CC3+ for DD3+) and when I tried to install the SS4+ it said I didn't have CC3+ installed.

Do note that CC3+ only lets you select the path for the data directory, the program itself will always be installed on C, but the main program is only about 50MB or so anyway, it is the data directory which gets huge.
CC3 on the other hand doesn't split the program and data directory, so everything gets installed where you specify.
2) You don't need to download the essentials/guides, they are contained within the main program installer anyway.
There shouldn't be a required installation order (Except that you need to install CC3(+) before any add-ons obviously, but since DD3 is the older add-on, I tend to always install it before SS4. Then finish up with the latest patch. Even if the program is already at the correct version from the start, the files installed by the add-ons also needs updating, therefore the latest update is always required.
