Get road to go up and down hill

I have in the attached battle map a short road going from the main road up the hill into a cemetery. Unfortunately I can't get this road to actually look like it is going up/down the hill. How can I get it to do so? I would like it be be more ramp like then step like. I have also attached the FCW file so you can see the sheet effects (though many of the symbols might not show up for you since most aren't standard)
