How to make my mapping area larger

Hi all,
I need some help, I need to make the current map I have larger in size. I have a map that is almost done, but I am running out of space. DD3 map. I dont want to start over, how can I make my area larger in the same map so I have more "real-estate" to work with?
thanks

You can just move the mapborder and then paint on.
The initial map is only a template, you can change it whenever you like to.
Maybe you could give a hint on what is hindering you to do so?
See pic attached.
thank you very much!
Second, can I ask, how did you resize your border?

Some templates also generate a Screen-Sheet, this must be adjusted, too. Otherwise wou will have areas, where no drawing is visible, because screen functions as some kind of "clean border"-sheet.
I activated only the Boarder SHEET, then enlarged it.
I got an email from Ralph, here is his reply:
simply create a new map in the same style, using a larger size. You can set the size of the mapy ourself, when you use the "Decide your own settings" option in the New Map wizard.
Then open the old map in a second instance of CC3 and use the clipboard (ctrl-c, ctrl-v) to copy everything you need over. Use a selection window to cover your whole map, minus the background and map border.
Hope that helps. Best regards,
Ralf
