Cannot re-install ultra high resolution artwork following upgrade to Win 10

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and it turns out I'm having to re-install some of my CC files.

I have found that the ultra-high resolution artwork for City Designer 3. It says that CD3 hasn't been installed, when in fact it has.

Does anyone know why I might be getting this error message and what I can do about it?

Make sure you installed CD3 and not CD3+.

Are you installing CC3 or CC3+? If the latter, then you don't need to install the high resolution artwork, it is already installed in the CD3forCC3+ installer.

It's CC3, I'm sure, but it seems it is there after all. My fault for fiddling with the settings for the toolbars.
