Inspired by the recent blog post from PF and Mappy’s The Manticore’s Tale tavern, I tried my own take on a Mike Schley style floorplan. Hope you like it.

That has to be one of the most beautiful maps I've ever seen. Seriously. I'm going to need some time to gaze at review it, to see if I can come up with any more helpful feedback.

Bravo! Did you come up with the layout on your own or did you use something for inspiration/guidance, other than Mappy's beautiful inn? And I absolutely love your border! And the wagon tracks. Could you share the sheet/effect settings you used for the tracks?

Woah now thats a great tavern! Excellent work. It's nice you made lots of room around the tavern to show a bit more of the scenery. You've got horses and a boat! And it's funny how the little things impress, I agree with Dogtag, those wheel marks do look great. The whole map has a nice warm hue about it too, mine looks a bit paler and not as rich in colour as yours. I shall have to tinker... Well done!

@Dogtag. Thx. Layout was created on the fly. The sheet effects on the tracks (default tool setting) is: glow effect (brown color, strength 0, blur radius 2.0 ), transparency: opacity 20

Thx all for your great feedback. FCW file attached, please beware that the finishing touches are made with photoshop actions (color adjustment, ouside border and text). Could be done in CC3, but I have created PS actions earlier, so its a quick solution for me).

Also a few symbols like horses and boat are from other sources.
