CC3+ and CD update

Hello I have CC3+ and CD and got the email about the update.
When I go to my registration page it says everything is already updated but I don't see CD n CC3+.

I think I'm missing something.

It is in the CD downloads not he CC3+ ones.

Do I need to redownload and install CD?

Not CD2, but CD3. Log into Profantasy's website, click on the 'Downloads and Updates' tab.

Look for 'City Designer 3', look for 'CD3 Setup for CC3+" and click on it.

Download. Its about 2 gigabytes.

After the download is finished, right click and run as Administrator.

The registration page means all of your registrations for purchased products is up to date. It doesn't check your computer to see if you have installed them.

Note that this text can be a bit misleading, it only tells you that you own all the up to date products, it doesn't know anything about the installation status on your computer. It is basically meant to inform you if new versions of a product have been released that you haven't bought the upgrade to yet.

I can get to here : https://secure.profantasy.com/products/cd3.asp but then I can't find a link to get the CD3 Setup for CC3+ . There has to be a better way. A single link perhaps?

Jim, your directions work up to where you say 'look for' twice. Is one or more of those a "click on" rather than "look for"? In any event, I looked around, clicked on everything I could find. No luck. Please publish a single (or two) click solution with instructions. I'm not at all good at guessing the location of hidden things.

Oh good lord. I found it. You need to click on the files icon in City Designer 3 to find the list of files associated with that. In there you will see the CD3 Setup for CC3+.
