CC3+ - Symbol Scale bug

I've finally had a chance to play with CC3+ extensively and found what looks to be a small bug. I hope I can explain it clearly...

If I change the scale of a symbol to something other than the default (by right clicking), sometimes when I change catalogs, the scale resets to the default rather than maintaining the change. It doesn't revert every time I change catalogs, but seems to be every third or fourth catalog change.

That reminds me. If I start a map that is bigger than a regular template, I have to right mouse button and then click on 'set normal' for the symbol to increase in size. Symbols normally change size according to the size of the map.
