Better. Overall, you need to check layers and sheets. As an example: Text on vegetaton layer instead of text label layer. But, many of my early maps are much worse that yours.

Is it possible to import a map into CC3 and work on it there?

If you mean CC3+ map into CC3. I think so, but haven't tried it.

And if you mean a map image from some other source, you can import a bitmap (preferably PNG format) via Draw > Insert File and trace it to create a CC3+ version of the map. You can directly edit a bitmap file in CC3+ though.
