[Feature Suggestion] Make a PNG symbol from CC3 Entities

Since Profantasy hasn't provided an official thread, I think we fans should have one. I'd propose a format like in my next post.

CC3 Feature Request:
Be able to make a symbol straight from a CC3 map with effects turned on, designating a color as 'transparent'. This would cut out the necessary intermediary step of editing the graphic in a paint program to make a png with transparency.
