Wrong sheet for walls with geomorph dungeouns

Hi everyone.
I'm a new user of Profantasy products.

Just now I'm reading the The Tome of Ultimate Mapping, playing with DD3.
Trying to use the geomorph dungeon as explained in the tutorial, I've found a strange behaviour in how the walls are placed.

Using Basic and Flagstone tilesets, the walls are created on a new "Solid" sheet. Apparently, Dirt tileset works fine, placing the walls on the WALLS sheet.

Am I doing something wrong?

I can't reproduce your problem on my installation of CC3. Here the Walls correctly appear on the WALLS sheet for the Basic and Flagstone geomorphs.

Have you updated your CC3 installation to the most recent version (Update 11, CC3 v 3.43) ?
  • Yes, I've installed CC3 + DD3 + CD3 + CA3 with Update 11
Recently I've also installed Annual Vol. 1

I'll try to reinstall all the software on a test PC.
  • I've done some new test: by installing CC3 + DD3 on a new Windows XP machine I still get the issue.

Now I've opened the "Geomorph basic.FSC" file, to investigate the tileset.
The tile named "G1 Room 5' Edge" has (for wall symbol) Line Style 0 (Solid)

I've changed it with Line Style 263 (WALLS) and now the symbols are placed on the right sheet.
I still have a new Sheet named Solid created on my map, but at least it works.

You're right. Seems to be a problem with some, but not all of the geomorphs. The one I picked for testing earlier did not have the problem, but the one you are pointing out here do indeed.

The fix is as you found out, just replace the line style (All of these symbols have the 'Convert Line Style names to Sheets' option enabled, if anyone is wondering why the line style have anything to do with this. This is the standard way of making multi-sheet symbols).
