Some of my tools has stopped working.

Hey I am a new user to cc3 and I have recently encountered a problem with my program. Some of the tools will no longer work for me. When I click on the eraser icon it doesn't do anything, as well as options like path to poly. Do I need to reinstall the program or is there another way? Thanks.

Can you give us any more detail on what is happening here? Doesn't anything happen at all when you click them, do you get an error message, does anything appear in the command line, etc?
