Can't Open Annual 84B DeRust Overland Expansion Example Map

I'm trying to open the the example map in Annual 84B DeRust Overland Expansion Example Map and CC3 keep freezing up and never opens it for some reason.

I have to close CC3 via the Task Manager.

I double-click, opens fine, have you tried rebooting?

I just tried this and, for a while, I thought I was going to have the same problem. But, after about a minute, maybe longer, it opened. I used the link via the Start menu. It looks, at first glance, like it's crowded with a ton of tree entities. If enough of them are different, they could be slowing things down on load, I guess.

I got it to open.

It took over 20 minutes for it to open on a reboot. I did some further testing and found that it will on some times freeze and not open at all and on other times you get a delayed opening.

I've only had something happen like this with one other map in the past.
