I just bought the program and downloaded the setup.exe from the website and when I run it, it runs fine, but the program doesn't seem to install correctly. It does not have the exe file to actually run the software. Has anyone else had this issue or know what I may possibly be doing wrong. I would really like to start using this as soon as possible for a new group I am going to be a part of in the next two weeks. Thanks.

When installing, make sure you don't do an 'artwork only' install, as this option is for those wanting to install only the artwork for use with other software as opposed to install the complete program.


Other troubleshooting tips will be to right click the file and select run as admin instead of just double clicking it, and as a last resort, try to install it somewhere outside of the Program Files folders.

Which program did you purchase? Are you aware that you need Campaign Cartographer 3 as the basic software for most of the add-ons?
