Shrinking Symbols

I just got CC3 yesterday and everything is going pretty smoothly except one thing; I can't figure out how to change the size of the symbols. It wouldn;t be a problem if they were consistently sized, but it seems something I've done is making them shrink. As in the symbols I place are becoming progressively smaller. It's not a problem, I'd like to be able to have a variety in size of the same symbol, but it only gets smaller. It seems to happen when I zoom in.     No idea what's causing that kind of behaviour. Pressing CTRL and moving the mouse zooms symbols, but that doesn't sound like what you experience. To have a standard symbol size you go to File>Drawing Properties and enter a scale in the Default Symbol Scale box. You can try out sizes by right-clicking when placing a symbol and entering a size in the dialog box. In almost all cases you don't want independent X and Y, so ignore that one.
