Installed Floorplans, lost all other catalogs
I just downloaded the Fantasy Floorplans and installed it, but when I opened CC3, all my other catalogs are gone. I've tried clicking on browse to find the old ones, but the browse doesn't open. How can I switch back and forth to the regular CC3 catalogs and the Floorplans?

Can you right-click the Symbol Style Toggle button, choose "Master Filter Settings" and "load" the CC3 filter (or DD3 if you are using that)? Can you then reload the old catalogs through the catalog buttons?
What happens when you create a new map in an CC3 overland style. Do you have access to your CC3 catalogs again? If not, I highly recommend submitting a tech support request from your registration page.
