Very nice map I like the change from the green sea to blue. You might want to up the blur on some of the sea contours to blend in the edges a bit. The details on the coastline are great.

Fantastic improvement of an already great map!

Now, I really don't know if it's for the better or not, but I would try to reduce a bit the white glow around the text, either in size or in strength.
