problems with Cosmo deckplan connecting symbols

CC3 hangs up. I did wait for a couple of minutes because I can typically see each step 1/16, 2/16, etc. as I do a save as to a png. The png I'm posting is only 6 percent of the original. The FCT I'm using is 1000 feet by 800 feet. I think the problem comes in due to the bitmap fill I'm using for the deck.

I'm trying to use Cosmo Deckplan connecting Access Tube v10 to make passageways.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this ?

edit: Command line says 'Next point for symbol' something like that, but it hangs up. Should I wait longer ?
