Will pay someone to convert my poster map to CC3 map. I can't do it.

I would like to pay someone who knows their way around CC3 to convert my posterboard, hand-drawn map into a digitalized and artistic CC3 map. I had a blue-print shop scan the poster board and can forward that file onto anyone who is interested in taking this on. I bought CC3 and just cannot get it to work smoothly for me and being the well paid capitalist I am, I'd just as soon pay someone for the trouble and time and ~their~ skills with this software package to do this for me. Any takers?
