Dungeon designer without Campaign cartographer?

Hi everyone
i was thinking of purchasing Dungeon Designer but then i realized that it is an add-on to the CC package. Did i understand correctly? How much would be to have the DD3 up and running on my pc?

Yes, you have to have CC3 to use the rest, except for Fractal Terrains. FT generates random worlds. The SMC ones can be used separately to look at them and print them. Like SMC: Cities.

You need CC3 to properly use DD3.
But its worth it.
And be warned, once you get one, you will want the rest also.
