Network error- multi-fail downloads

Greetings cartographers,

I have CCpro from gencon Cali a decade ago, and look forward to using CC3, however, the download itself keeps failing with a network error. and i have no idea why.

Ping is always great, all other downloads work fine, but the SETUP program, and the PATCH10 keep failing due to network error. Download speed starts great, then about 20% into the download,, speed crawls to a hold,, and then fails to network error.

what gives? anything to try? it seems to be on the server end... i do not know.

Have you tried disabling any download managers and/or trying an alternate browser. I don't have the time to pull down the entire setup file just to test, but I did pull down patch 10 right now without a hitch.

ill try with explorer, did not think of that.

on DL #12 right now, DL #19 got all the way to 323/357mb....

Down loading with explorer and not chrome had no effect, instead of "network error" it said "CC3Setup.exe" cannot be downloaded
