problem printing with PDFCreator

i've recently reformatted my system and reinstalled all of my programs. prior to my reformat, PDFCreator worked like a charm, no problems. Now, when i save the PDF as a PNG, for some odd reason i'm only getting half of my map. it is split directly down the middle, giving me only the left side. is there some setting i'm missing?

Looks like your trying to split the print on two pages. Check your "Tiling" settings in the CC3 print dialog. Is it anything else but 1 and 1?

that was it! it was set to 2 and 1. weird, that is a setting i haven't messed with before....thank you so much, this was extremely frustrating.
