no answer about my purchase

Hi everyone,
i just bought two days ago campaign cartographer 3 and i have no answer from Profantasy on my email adress. I ask for downloadable content but ,no mail, no code, nothing. I wrote several mails with no answer too. I don't understand.
If someone got an explanation please don't hesitate

Go to the main profantasy page, click on "Service | Login & Register" and go to the "Products/Downloads" tab. Your downloads should be there.

Hello Emji,

your order went through, and the email went out to your address "okandee@...". In fact there are two orders from you in our system (both for CC3, paid through Paypal). Perhaps that's an older email on your Paypal account, or our emails get blocked by your spam filter? Let me know if I should update the order to a different email address and/or cancel one of the orders.

We did not receive any email from you though. Which email are you using to write to us? Please try to reach me at ralf@profantasy.com.

that's the problem Old Guy there is nothing anywhere like they don't know me. But the payment is effective on paypal so something's going wrong and i have no solution excepting put an opposition on the payment on paypal which is quite boring.
If u have another ideas don't hesitate thanks for ur help anyway, i feel a bit alone on that one.

This is not the case, if the products have not been explicitly registered by the customer. But Instead you can use the "Get Serials" link to have the order emails resent.
