Looking for a Card Template

Does a template exist if someone wanted to make Tarot Cards, Spell, Cards, or Equipment Cards?

I'm looking for something similar to how in Character Artist 2 you can make a custom counter and use it to make a counter sheet with the templates, but want something for cards.

There is also the free Magic Set Editor, which does have templates for (among many other things) tarot cards. I know that this has nothing to do with Campaign Cartographer and its add-ons, but I don't own Character Artist and so I'm not sure what exactly you mean. For most cards you would need a couple of bitmap overlays anyway and except for the text there would be few things to vector objects for. That's why I would have a look at the MSE. Sounds like something that should be rather easy to set up in CC3 yourself. Creating a new template is no more difficult than creating a map, and if you need the functionality from the counter sheets to do automatically copying, just look at the macro commands in the hotspots in the existing CA templates.
