CC" Map Templates
When try to open a 'new' document. I am not able to open a map template within CC2-Pro. As you can see from the attached screen grab - the file format is 'greyed' out.
I have tried uninstalling and re installing CC2-Pro but that hasn't worked. I do have a workaround by clicking directly on the template file within CC-2 directory. I would still like to know if anyone has any pointers as to why I cant open templates within CC2
