Random city generator help

I have no idea how to use the random city generator. I am new to this software, and thought it would help me get started. Can someone please post very simple instructions for me, because the readme directions did not have enough info. Like I said, I'm new. Thanks guys.

Download the tool from where you download CD3

Its pretty simple, start a new city map. When you're finished with the wizard and can start building your city.

Click on the command bar(on the bottem of the screen) and type City.

Check the settings, click generate. (you can click generate again if you're not happy with the result and it will draw again.

Never mind. Had yet to install the command in the first place. Too much stuff to keep track of.

Hey why does the command City not work on my machine? It tells me that CC3 does not understand the command City.

Did you actually run the CD3RandomCity.exe you downloaded from the registration page (right-click and run as admin on Windows Vista or 7)?

If yes, please look for these dlls on your computer. Where are they located?

cc3generator.dll
cc3objects.dll

Yeah I did not install the exe. Like I said so many things I have that trying to keep track of all of it is at times daunting.
