Nice maps as usual, but I think the second map would look better if you instead of a black background used the same background as in the ground floor map, just faded out. Look at Ralf's map in the blog for an example of this.

And yes, the background of first floor should be other than black.

Nice map by Ralf too, except I find the shadows of the house wrong, I feel much more comfortable if they are to the bottom right. Maybe it's my Windows upbringing at any rate, all shadows are to the bottom right

I changed the background.
Proportions of symbols are not exact but it's not Important for me, I search only look like reality.
.What do you think about my chimneys (fireplace)

As usual, I'm humbled by your work. If I have any criticism at all, it would be in the form of a suggestion. I think it might add something if there was a sidewalk or paving stones leading up to the house, rather than a simple dirt path.

I agree. A house that well constructed would have a better path leadng to it. The owner could afford it.
