November Annual - Mountains on Symbols sheet

I'm attempting to create a new map using the HW annuals. When I click on the minerals/mountain icon it brings up the mountains symbol catalog (both 64 and 71 annuals) and it changes the sheet to "Terrain Mountains" however as soon as I select one of the mountains such as the HW Volcano, it immediately changes the sheet back to "Symbols". Can anyone tell me why the mountains aren't staying on the mountain sheet and what to change so they do?

The mountain symbols should indeed go unto the SYMBOLS sheet (all symbols do). TERRAIN MOUNTAINS is for the mountain background fills - created through the Terrain drawing tools.

If you want to put your mountains on their own sheet, you need to create a new one with a name starting with SYMBOLS (e.g. SYMBOLS MOUNTAINS). If you set that before placing mountains, the symbols will go on that sheet instead of the normal one.
