scale bar missing?

mapping with annual 29, strip maps, and the scale bar isn't where the PDF says it's supposed to be. any ideas? tried reinstalling to no avail.

The simple Scale Bar included int he sample maps seems indeed to be missing from the catalog. I've extracted it from the sample, and attached it to this email.

Open the catalog CA29 Strip Map Cartouches.FSC in CC3, then do "Import" from the Symbol Manager with this FSC file and the scalebar will be available.
