A small community hidden away in a small valley in the mountains.

An area partly inhabited by hostile creatures (orcs, goblins) so they need a wall.

This one is beautifull! I will use a version of it in my games if you allowed me. Where you looked to do the cliffs? I remeber to see it in one annual.

The way i did the cliffs is from the maps Gandwarf did a few years back.
If anyone is interested I can post the way I did them.
