convert.exe entry point not found exporting to png

While exporting to png, I'm getting the following error convert.exe entry point not found. Any suggestions for a fix?

Try grabbing the ImageMagic update from your registration page. This update replaces convert.exe, so if there is anything wrong with yours, it will be replaced.

As a workaround, you can export the map in .bmp format, since this format doesn't need to be run through convert.exe (unless you have antialiasing on), then manually convert it to .png afterwards.

re-applied the patch and re-booted no joy

still getting the procedure entry point NTArgvToUTF8 could not be located in the dynamic link library CORE_RL_magick.dll

It was exporting prior to adding the September 2012 annual installment

Another user had a similar problem a few weeks ago. Try looking in THIS THREAD for the solution.
