CC3 Wont Install

Hi All,
Following a complete crash of my CC3 following the latest annual update ive totally uninstalled it and im now trying to reinstall. Problem is it simply reaches the Terms and Conditions page I click 'I Accept', I click 'Next' and then it hangs. Ive never had this happen previously. Im running it as an Administrator on Windows Vista - please help as i cannot get it to reinstall at all.

I think you would getter better help with an issue such as this if you take it to ProFantasy Tech Support.
Considering that the CC3 installer uses a standard installation system, it might sound like your computer might have more serious issues than just CC3 not installing though.
Ive contact tech support (fingers crossed). I don't think its my system as i've got no issues with any other software. It only started when I installed the latest annual - that caused all the menu's to go screwy and then all my mapping icons became red 'x's. I tried to fix by doing a couple of reinstalls - that didnt help. I decided for a totally fresh install so uninstalled everything and deleted the directory from my drive. Now im trying to re-install (even downloaded the software again just to be sure of a clean copy) and it just keeps hanging. Ive turned off my AV, ive run as an administrator and no joy :-(
